N. Zobrist Construction is a general contracting firm who has been in business since 1939. We are a family owned and operated business that is in its fourth generation of ownership. Noah Zobrist, our founder, took his natural building skills and love for construction from building corncribs and barns to residential homes. Noah’s commitment to “doing it right” is a principal we still adhere to today.
After World War II, four of Noah’s sons joined the work force and took the business to another level. Home building soon turned into subdivision development and residential construction then led to commercial construction in the 1960’s. The second and third generations established Zobrist Construction as a well-respected contractor whose reputation was built on performance for both owners and architects. Strong relationships were built with owners, architects and subcontractors over the next fifty years.
It is with that heritage that we now move into the fourth generation of family leadership. Today, three of Noah’s great grandsons, Wes, Nick and Grant Zobrist own and operate the business. We have found that the building of relationships is as important as the construction of buildings. We are committed to the founding principal of “doing it right”.
Today our industry has advanced toward a spirit of cooperation and respect between owners, architects, contractors, tradesmen and unions. We feel that this progress enhances the business philosophy that N. Zobrist Construction established years ago.
